With your Stridera sensor kit, you’ll receive clear instructions on how to download the Stridera mobile app, create or log into your account, and connect your sensor. All subscription management, including cancellation, is handled directly in the app. Setup takes only a few minutes.
Your Stridera sensor is shipped within 5 business days after you complete checkout and provide your shipping address. Delivery times vary depending on your location.You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.
At the end of your 30-day trial, your subscription continues automatically at €49 per month.
If you cancel anytime before day 30, you will not be charged. There are no setup fees or activation costs.
You can cancel your subscription at any time directly in your account settings within the app.

You keep the Stridera sensor.If you cancel your subscription, app features are paused, but the sensor remains yours. You can reactivate your subscription at any time and continue using the same sensor. There’s no need to return it.
Stridera is designed as an ongoing training platform rather than a one-time hardware product. Your subscription provides access to the app, training intelligence, and continuous feature updates. Including the sensor ensures every rider can start training immediately without a separate hardware purchase. This allows us to focus on long-term product improvement and rider experience.
If Stridera isn’t a good fit for you or your horse, you can cancel during the 30-day trial. We want riders to continue only if the product genuinely supports their training. If you have questions during your trial, our support team is happy to help.
